He was formerly affiliated with Watanabe Entertainment and its male acting troupe D2, which later merged into D-BOYS. He began his career in 2011 with his acting debut in the stage musical The Prince of Tennis. Since then, he has established himself as a versatile performer in television, film, and stage, earning recognition for his expressive acting style, wide range of roles, and strong screen presence.

– He grew up in a musically inclined family, with several relatives involved in music and his grandmother known as an uta no one-san (“singing big sister”).
– As a child, he practiced kendo, winning at a ward tournament, and played baseball for six years as catcher and cleanup batter.
– In junior high, he intentionally lost over 18 kg after accepting a challenge from his mother, running daily and changing his diet.
– While in high school, he worked five days a week as a supermarket cashier and modeled as a salon model for four different shops to help cover his tuition.
– At age 15, he received over 40 Valentine’s chocolates in one year, including some from girls outside the prefecture.
– He began training with Watanabe Entertainment as a special trainee in 2011 before officially joining their actor group D2.
– His acting debut was in 2011 in the stage musical The Prince of Tennis.
– He later became a member of D-BOYS when D2 merged with the group.
– He has a strong love for meat, especially yakiniku, and has said he could eat it several times a week.
