SAM Thompson has broken his silence on ex-girlfriend Zara McDermott ‘hard launching’ her relationship with Louis Tomlinson.
Made In Chelsea star Sam, 33, and Love Island’s Zara, 28, split in January after five years together.

The Sun later revealed Zara’s romance with One Direction singer Louis, 33, and last week she shared the first loved-up snap of them on social media.
Now Sam has had his say on the move, revealing his phone starting blowing up with texts and calls from friends after Zara’s post.
Speaking on his Staying Relevant podcast, he said: “I’m watching some YouTube video and my phone just starts blowing up.
“I thought I’d been cancelled!”
Sam continued: “Mate it’s dinged up, you know when everyone is like, ‘Just checking in mate, is everything ok?’ and I’m looking at my phone like ‘What is going on?’
“And genuinely you know what it’s like when you don’t quite know what’s happened so you think the worst. Tell you what though, I wouldn’t wish a hard launch on my worst enemy though.”
It comes after Pete confessed he “disliked” one of Sam’s exes – but wouldn’t reveal which one.
During one episode of their podcast, Pete agreed to take a lie detector test and was asked by Sam: “Have you any disliked any of my previous partners?”
Pete took a second to reply, before he laughed and said “yes.”
After he was revealed to be telling the truth Sam squealed: “Yes, truthful!”
It comes amid a tough time in Sam’s love life, which saw him split with Love Island beauty Samie Elishi in June.
Just weeks later, it was revealed he was dating nutritionist Steph Robinson.
It was also suggested he had grown close to Too Hot To Handle beauty Lucy Syed.
